"State Farm as a company is great but this particular office is not. Out of the four vehicles I’ve had added only one was handled without issues. The problem is the agents assume what you want instead of asking. This leads to repeated mistakes and multiple phone calls to fix the same issue. Each time you speak to someone they act like you did something wrong even when you were never informed or asked. My most recent experience involved three separate calls just to add a vehicle and set up monthly billing like I have with my other policies. First call the agent assumed I wanted to pay in full. Second call I got a refund and was told monthly was set up and I’m good to go. Third call I get another full bill and now I’m told I should have paid a deposit even though no one ever mentioned it or requested it. I’m done. If you don’t want your time wasted switch agents. It’s easy to do on the State Farm website."

These days it seems hard to get the time to sit down with an agent and go over the details of their coverage. This office made it possible with phenomenal customer service and care. Through the process of looking at the coverage State Farm had to offer we discovered that my previous insurer was charging me almost double the amount for a coverage that wasn't on par with what they had at this location. Jacob was my agent and helped walk me through the coverage and the details within each plan. I have never been confident when speaking about insurance but he made it easy to understand and helped give me a better grasp on just how my coverage will work for me. Overall I would recommend anyone who is looking for new coverage to reach out to Heather Bakers office because they really do have your best interest in mind. I have already told my family about them and I would recommend you do the same if you are looking for a more personal experience in the world of insurance.
